This curio cabinet has an oriental feel to it. It is made of quartersawn* padouk with a walnut back. The adjustable shelves are made of glass. Hand cut through dovetails join and decorate the upper corners. All mortise and tenon joints in the door and base are pegged with walnut pegs. There are three low profile halogen lights at the top.

* In quartersawn wood, the annular rings are perpindicular to the surface, the nicest cut for padouk.
