Architectural and Ornamental Carvings John Pierce 9/26/02

Three mirrors of the same design based on a design in The Manual of Traditional Woodcarving. From left to right, they are carved from walnut, basswood and mahogany. Walnut and basswood are finished straight from the tool, mahogany is sanded. Each has oil and wax finish, and measures roughly 7 1/2" x 10" x 3/4".
